I know it can be challenging to take the first step, this is that step! I want you to know this session will be comfortable, think of it like having a conversation about your life and goals with a friend that is rooting for you and has some helpful strategies to maximize your progress and when you along the path.

This is one of my favorite offerings because I’ll have the opportunity to get to know you 1 on 1. Even if we don’t end up working together this call will leave you with valuable tools and greater clarity about what you’re seeking out of life and coaching. Ultimately, this is about what’s right for you and you will not be pressured at any point.
