Being kind to yourself has many benefits, mentally and physically.
As we heal ourselves we heal the world.
When we are kind to ourselves that kindness seeps our into every life we come in contact with and even our work becomes infused with this positive energy.
So please don’t wait for someone to say the words that would nurture your spirit. Give yourself this gift right now and often.
A few questions to ask:
What do you wish someone would complement you on? What words would you love to hear said about you? What can you appreciate about yourself? Say the words with passion.
