GREATTITUDE- Gratitude creates a Great Attitude
Gratitude creates a great attitude. Sometimes I write the word "Greattitude" as a reminder.
The practice of gratitude is a part of my daily routine and has helped me so much this year.
I know it's been a challenging year for most people on the planet. There have been some MAJOR difficulties and losses this year. While we grieve for them to only focus on the negative would be a disservice to life.
There is so much to be supporting, to be loving, to be excited for, to be helping, to be encouraging...
Gratitude restores our vision to see clearly. There's a lot more good in the world than what an ungrateful mind is aware of. There is more love than we can fathom.
So how do we get there? Bit by bit. Gratitude can change anyone's attitude and it just starts with some appreciation.
Let's try it now, make a list of at least 20 things you are grateful for in 2020.
