Mentoring is Important

Even in the most epic tales of bravery the hero often questions and doubts themselves. They don't always have the conviction within to just go for it. Sometimes they need a little persuading and knowledge to aid them on their quest- enter the the mentor aka THE COACH.

What do Yoda from Star Wars, Dumbledore from Harry Potter, Gandalf from Lord of the Rings, Merlin from King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, Glinda the good witch from the Wizard of Oz, and Alfred from Batman all have in common?

They were the mentors aka the coaches and they were all extraordinary at it.

People who achieve incredible heights in life have helpers who know the path well. They guidance they give helps to prepare those on the quest for what they will encounter. They encourage us to play all out, to rise to our greatness, spotting things inside us we might not even be aware of, they help us remain humble while becoming the heroes of our life.
