Fear / less

Fear, we all experience it- it's what we do with it that makes the difference.

Keep facing it and keep rising above it...

Fear used to cripple me, I would get stuck fearing outcomes that never came and wasted so much time. I now have techniques that helped me and have helped my clients to face and in some cases overcome their fears completely

One way that can help is to safely expose yourself to your fear. Being in proximity to the thing that scares us can diminish the fear. If you are scared of dogs for instance, spend time with your friends friendly dogs.

If it's fear of social situations, put yourself in environments where you have a safe place to venture off to if it gets too overwhelming. Be there with others and watch as the fears diminish over time.

Remember the goal isn't to be fearless but to Fear | less.
